Biography of Michael Marker
Michael Marker received his MA in Organizational Behavior from the J. Willard Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University in 1975. Prior to his work with Aslinger & Associates Marker held positions with Procter & Gamble and Libbey-Owens-Ford. His corporate experience includes tenures as a production manager, human resources manager and director of training & development.
In 1988 Marker began consulting with organizations implementing team-based High Performance Work Systems. He specializes in organization design and culture transformation. In addition, he conducts public experiential high performance work team workshops along with seminars on change management and internal resource skill development. Recent consulting work has included core process redesign and change acceleration methodologies within aerospace and defense industries.

Along with these corporate and consulting activities Marker has taught Human Resource Management & Organization Development graduate and undergraduate courses for the University of San Francisco.
